Concurrent Branching Report

This report displays information that is useful for managing concurrent development. Each row in the table compares one branch of an object's development with another of its branches. The report displays the master location of the latest object version on each branch. It also displays the common ancestor of each development branch; i.e., the point in the object's version history at which this branch formed.

When an object has more than two branches, there will be multiple entries in the report detailing its concurrent branching history. This is because each row compares one branch with one of the other branches. The screenshot below shows details of two objects: Cinema.CSP/1, which has 3 branches, and ShowTimes.CSP/1, which has 2 branches.
