On certain Caché installations, if the variables window is open when Serenji starts up, it crashes with a run-time error.
This is known to occur if the ^%Serenji global has string collation rather than numeric collation.
To correct it, stop all use of Serenji on the Caché system. Kill ^%Serenji and then re-create this global using Control Panel, where a right-click on the Local Databases folder gives access to the New Global Wizard. One of the wizard's steps lets you specify the collating sequence for the global to use. Choose a string collation.
