No UCIs /Namespaces /Directories are Listed in the File Open Dialog

Symptoms

The file\open dialog in Serenji does not list any UCIs /namespaces /directories.

Cause

If the optional callout has been set in ^%SerenjC("C","NSL") and this errors (eg routine missing), the list may become empty.

Solution

Either fix the problem in the callout, or delete the node which installs it.
